Futurix 6.0 – The Design Thinking & Innovation Fair was held on May 17th, 2025, at Blue Bells Model School. Graced by Mr. Satish Pahal, Deputy Secretary, Skill Education, CBSE, the fair featured 322 projects and 10 Lead Mentor Projects by 1520 students from Classes III–XII. Innovative models like Potato Powered Generator, Zap Way, Eco Bump, and Aqua Loop showcased sustainable solutions to real-world problems. Around 600 visitors, including parents and students from GPSC schools, attended. Dr. Saroj Suman Gulati (Director), Ms. Alka Singh (Principal), and Ms. Anshu Malika Kumar (Vice Principal) lauded the creativity and spirit of the young innovators.

 

How do you see INNOVATION playing a role in sustainability?

With economic uncertainty and rising energy concerns, reducing our dependence on traditional resources is crucial. Advancements in technology and engineering are shaping the way forward, driving efficiency and sustainability.

The key lies in adaptation—EMBRACING NEW SOLUTIONS – DISRUPTIVE INNOVATIONS , that minimize waste, optimize performance, and ensure long-term benefits for future generations.

With this future vision in mind, the School is thrilled to announce the Sixth edition of FUTURIX – The Design and Innovation Fair, scheduled for May 17, 2025. Building on the success of previous editions, this event offers a unique opportunity for students to explore innovation solutions originating right in their own communities.

Open to all students from Grade III to XII, this year’s theme, “Unleashing Tomorrow: Embracing  Innovation To Design the Community Of Future,” invites solutions from forward-thinking ideas.
